PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • New Zealand Needle Exchange Programme (NZNEP) is based in New Zealand and all transactions will be charged in New Zealand dollars.
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer or through a credit card payment via secure payment express gateway.
  • The name "NZ NEP" will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website.
Important information:

When making a payment please by bank transfer include your name and company name as a reference.

We will only confirm your registration once payment has been received the deadline date to receive all payments is 17 September 2018.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Whilst every effort will be made to run all advertised events, NZNEP reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event unviable. If NZNEP cancels an event attendees will be offered a full refund.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, attendees will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

NZNEP will endeavour to notify attendees as soon as practicable of cancellations and postponements and will not be liable for any expenses incurred by attendees as a result of the cancellations and/or postponements.

Force Majeure

Under no circumstances will NZNEP be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control including without limitation fires, flood, storms, explosion, earthquakes, other acts of God or war. Cancellations Once a completed registration form has been received, if circumstances require you to cancel your registration you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to conference@nznep.org.nz no later than 31 August 2018, to receive 50% refund. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations received after 31 August 2018.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder and must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

However if a registered person is unable to attend a substitute may be sent at no extra cost.

Photos and videos policy

NZNEP, its associates or agents, may take photographs and videos during the conference. By registering for NZNEP conference, you authorise NZNEP, without limitation or expectation of compensation, the right to use image and likes in its publications, advertising or other media activities (including the internet and social media) and waive all rights or claim you may have against NZNEP and/or any of its associates or agents.
